Mini MagLite 2 AAA
I replaced bulb and glass of my Mini MagLite in less than 5 minutes. The result is not only good, it is miraculous. Service provided by Ross Hamilton was very attentive.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, and the upgrade resuscitated an old Maglite mini AAA which is now comparable to a top-notch led torch !
Finally! Easy LED change out for the MiniMag 2-AAA
I carry two flashlights for my work at a machine shop. I need to inspect the inside of tubes and my SureFire E2 is just too bright: reflection inside the metal tubes is blinding if you have too many lumens. The "EMT" style pocket-clip flashlights I have tried were either not bright enough (single AA battery) or not reliable (click-switch fails). I like the ability to focus the beam on the MiniMag, and the size of the 2-AAA, but the factory bulb was just too dim plus drains batteries quickly. The upgrade from torchupgrades.com meets my needs. It installs just like a bulb change-out -- no removing of the reflector, etc. And the results are perfect for my use. With the flashlight 10cm from a piece of white paper, you may notice a "corona" of yellow color, but at 1 - 2 meters it shows up nicely white, especially compared to the brownish blotch of the MagLite factory bulbs.
