My old 2D cell Maglite has been languishing in the drawer as it was so feeble compared to current torches. Without brand new batteries the light output was very yellow. I replaced the bulb with this and even with the old batteries the output was blinding. Installation was so simple it can hardly be called installation! Would definitely recommend this.

Brilliant.

Has given new life to an old maglite.From yellow spot to really bright spot with a good spread of light also.Would recommend.Will buy another as this one was bought to see if it was worthwhile.
